We like to think ourselves as the 'Small Businesses Computer Department'.  We provide all the services that an 'in house computer department' provides but at a fraction of the cost.  Not only can we supply, repair and upgrade PCs, supply associated equipment and software but can provide on-site and telephone based support.  We design web sites and write software.

Principle Services

• PC Installation Service - We offer a very successful Installation and commissioning service to PC Retailers. We collect, deliver and install PCs to their customers, providing basic introductory training where necessary.  We have installed over 800 PCs for one retailer alone!  Our service enables retailers to offer a high added value service at a low cost.

• Technical Support - office, home and telephone support on all aspects of PC use. Software support, hardware upgrades, cabling and installing networks. We can advise on a wide range of software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access etc., together with Windows 95/98/ME/2000 and XP.
  
  We can also provide a back-up service to a large company's in-house team, covering for sickness and holiday, as well supporting home based staff.

• Equipment Supply, Repair and maintenance service - we provided a warranty repair service for Black Horse Ltd, (formerly Chartered Trust plc), a major finance house.  As a major provider of credit agreements to retailers they are responsible  for any remaining warranty if the original supplier goes into receivership etc.  We provided a fast turnaround repair service, typically four working days and a telephone based technical support service.  Because the warranty periods have now expired that contract has ended.

• Equipment Supply - we build high quality PC systems.  We are not the cheapest - we fit quality components into quality cases and provide a quality installation and back-up service.

• Web Page Design - Design and maintenance of web pages.  We manage sites for around twelve different clients, ranging from holiday companies to auctioneers.

• Training - with the advent of Government sponsored Free training we no longer provide structured training courses.  However, we can organise one-to-one coaching or group training at very competitive rates.

• Database Design - we can custom design Microsoft Access databases to mange many aspects of your business.  We have produced Contacts Management, Time Clock Control, Stock Control and Production Management software for a number of local companies.  We are also the developers of AIMS, a Auction Management Software package growing in popularity with small auctioneers.
