We charge on an hourly rates basis, with a minimum charge of 30 minutes for each visit.  We will also offer a fixed price quote for work that may take several hours.  We can complete most work on site but occasionally it is better if the work is carried out in our workshops.  In which case, we can collect and return.

Special Offer on PC Health Checks.... Our PC Health Check service will help keep your PC in tip top condition, by optimising performance, checking on security and anti-virus protection etc., and advising on back-up procedures etc.  We can also talk over any problems you have with your PC and advise on upgrades etc.  Health Checks normally take around 30 minutes, depending on what we find. Our on-site service costs just £49.00 +  VAT (as a special offer, if you quote this web site based offer we will absorb the VAT).   Why not drop your PC off to us on your way to work and pick it up on your way home! Please note that if we find a virus on your PC we may have to make an additional charge to cover it's removal  because of the additional time it can take,  We do try to remove viruses on site but in some circumstances we may need to bring your PC back to the workshop.  If you don't have an Anti-virus or Anti-Spyware package install we can install one for you at additional cost.

Supply & Install Wireless (WiFi) Networks We can supply and install a wireless network in your home or office for as little as £125 + VAT.  Using the latest technology, we can enable you to share your broadband connection with all the the PCs in you home or workplace, share printers and share files. We can supply the WiFi broadband wireless router (the hub which controls the network) and WiFi cards/dongles for individual PCs and laptops.  Most modern laptops come with built-in WiFi capability, keeping the cost down and enabling you to browse the Internet and your own PCs from anywhere in the home or workplace. For those where WiFi is not suitable (large stone built houses with solid internal walls, for example) we can install a wired network.

Remote Support....

Using powerful Internet based software we can remotely control your PC just as if we were sitting at it.  The service contract is for 12 months and gives you a FREE PC Health Check, up to 2 hours on-line support during the year and all the necessary software you need to enable the service.

The benefits...

• We can check your system quickly, often when you telephone, and resolve many software related problems immediately.

• We can do basic PC Health Checks on-line

• It is cheaper than the equivalent number of hours of on-site work.

• It may help diagnose hardware faults (providing we can log on, obviously)

The limitations....

• You have to be on Broadband.  We have to be able to connect to your PC via the Internet.  If there is a hardware fault or an Internet connection problem we will have to arrange an on-site call, as normal.

• Depending on the problem you may have to be sat at the PC to put CD Rom (e.g. Windows CD) in the CD Rom drive etc., although much of the work can be done unattended.

Managing Networks.....

We are experienced in installing and managing Microsoft Server 2000/2003 networks.  We can install the cabling and routers, supply and configure the server, configure the workstations and provide day to day support etc.

We can remotely control the server, and iff you are using Windows 2003 Server and Windows XP Professional workstation PCs on your network we can remotely control ALL the PCs.  It will require us to visit the site and configure the server and PCs.  The cost will depend on the number of PCs.   Please ring for a quote - 01275 857990
